And this is how it started ......
I got a Sony Mavica, which is a digital camera.
Oh my, I don't think I see things the same anymore.
What a wonderful treat.
There are many of them out there now.
These are some of the pictures
I've taken with mine.
It's become kind of a hobby.

Oh, by the way, most of the pages have songs from different countries.
This one is from France.



He guards my gardens and my ponds, and he does it in such splendid fashion. He takes his job very seriously. Doesn't he look proud!


This is my beautiful Hummingbird vine. The brilliant color shows off so well with this camera. (PS: I didn't see any Hummingbirds)


How could I resist this shot. The sun was in just the perfect spot and so was my Lotus. The combination made an outstanding picture.




What a glorious day. The clouds and the sky were just right for this shot, and my grass stood tall and erect to the heavens. This just had to be captured. Thank you, Mavica.




On this one of my granddaughter Jennah I tried the Solarized setting. I don't know if it came out great, but it has a little different effect.


Every year in our area they have an event called "The Dream Cruise". People come from all over the Country with their "muscle" cars and parade them along the main strip called Woodward. This car happened to catch my fancy. It was  colorful and was perfect for my Mavica.

She's a Lotus and her name is "Perry's Giant Sunburst". Today was her day.


They say you can never own a cat. That's true; this one owns me. Her name is "Keeper". She decided to do me a favor and pose for me. I think I caught her best side, don't you?
